Bottled Blonde opens at 11 AM Monday through Saturday and 9:30 AM on Sundays, in time for the early NFL games. It closes at 2 AM Sunday through Thursday and 4 AM on Friday and Saturday. The kitchen runs 11 AM to midnight, and the rooftop opens at 5 PM. Hours shift with private events and holiday weekends.

How the night moves through the building

• 6–8 PM: dinner and drinks downstairs, rooftop filling with an easy door.
• 8–10 PM: rooftop peaks, nightlife floor starts to build, list windows are usually open.
• 10 PM–midnight: the busiest stretch. Drink windows run here when they're running. Door tightens.
• Midnight–close: nightlife floor only for most people. Without a table or a list name you're negotiating.

Last call and closing

The bar closes at 2 AM Sunday through Thursday and 4 AM on Friday and Saturday. The kitchen closes at midnight every night, so if food matters, eat before then.
