Best time to arrive
9:30–10:30 PM on weekends if you want a spot before the room fills. If you're on my list for a free-drink window, get there when the window opens, not when it ends.
How the night moves through the building
- 6–8 PM: dinner and drinks downstairs, rooftop filling with an easy door.
- 8–10 PM: rooftop peaks, nightlife floor starts to build, list windows are usually open.
- 10 PM–midnight: the busiest stretch. Drink windows run here when they're running. Door tightens.
- Midnight–close: nightlife floor only for most people. Without a table or a list name you're negotiating.
Last call and closing
Closing time depends on the night and how the room is going. Weeknights typically wind down around 2 AM; Thursday through Saturday commonly run to 3 or 4 AM. Kitchen close is earlier than bar close — if food matters, don't leave it until 1 AM.
