A table at Bottled Blonde is a minimum spend, not a ticket price. You commit to spending a set amount on bottles, mixers and food; that spend buys reserved seating, entry for your whole group with no cover, and a server. Minimums move by night, floor and date.

Table minimums move with the night, the floor and how full the calendar is. These are the ranges I quote most often — I confirm exact pricing per date before you put a card down.

How table pricing works

• The minimum is what you spend, not a cover on top. Bottles, mixers and food count toward it.
• Tax and gratuity are added on top of your minimum. Budget roughly 30% above the minimum.
• Minimums rise on holiday weekends and big event dates and can fall midweek.
• Booking earlier gets you a better position for the same spend.

When a table beats the guest list

• Your group is six or more and you want to sit together.
• You're arriving after 11 PM on a Friday or Saturday.
• It's a birthday, bachelor or bachelorette party and standing in line kills the moment.
• You're going to spend on drinks anyway — at bar prices, a group of eight often clears a rooftop minimum without noticing.

When it doesn't

If there are four of you on a Tuesday and nobody's celebrating anything, save the money. Get on the list, sit at the bar or eat downstairs. If the list covers your group, I'll say so.

Low and $0 minimum tables

On slower nights and for bookings made well ahead, table minimums can drop very low — occasionally to $0 under specific promotional conditions. It's real and it's rare. It depends entirely on the date and the room's calendar, it isn't a standing offer, and I'll tell you honestly whether your date qualifies rather than dangling it to get you in the door.

How to book

1. Send the form below or text me with your date, group size and rough budget.
2. I come back with what's available on that date, on which floor, at what minimum.
3. You confirm; the reservation goes in with a card on file per the venue's terms.
4. I text you arrival instructions the day of, and I'm reachable on the night.
