Happy hour runs every day from 3 to 6 PM: $3 shots, $3 beers, $3 spirits and $1 wings. It lines up with the afternoon NFL games, so it's the cheapest way to watch the late window.
Thursday to Saturday from 6 to 9 PM, the rooftop runs bottomless margaritas and spritz during Sunset Sessions, with inside and outside seating across from the Bellagio fountains.
Eating here before the night starts
This is the practical advantage of the building. Eat downstairs at 8, move up as the room turns over, and you've paid one cover and taken one rideshare. For a group of six or more, booking a table for dinner and then a VIP table upstairs is the cleanest version of a Vegas night I can put together on this block.
